Short Term Rental Ordinance Review

Introduction

Beginning in May 2024, the Board of County Commissioners launched a review of the Short-term Rental Ordinance. This process will involve public input in the form of stakeholder meetings, a survey and public meetings.

Community Meeting Schedule 

STR Community Meetings took place from 5 - 7 PM in the following locations. Notes from each meeting are linked below:

• Jefferson Community Center – October 7, 2024
• Alma Town Hall – October 16, 2024
• Bailey - Platte Canyon High School, Canyon Room – October 21, 2024

• Harstel - Hartsel Fire Station - October 28, 2024
