Search Property Data

Please use this link: Treasurer’s Website, click “I have read the above statement”, Click Public User Access, enter your parcel number, under the Print Forms section click Statement of Taxes Due, click on the report and save the file to add it to your application.

A hand drawing of the floor plan is acceptable please make sure it has the dimensions, use, door and window locations, and sizes; smoke and carbon monoxide detector locations; proposed occupancy (#) and sleeping plan.

A hand drawing showing the lot and the spaces is acceptable.  You may also provide a screenshot of the rules you provide to your tenant saying, “Do not park on County roads.”

You may simply provide the contracts for both companies to meet this requirement.

You can contact the Clerk and Recorder’s office at 719-836-4225 for a copy of your recorded deed.  The office will charge a fee but they can send it to you either by email, mail, or you may come into their office for a copy.

The Responsible Agent is someone hired by the owner to take care of the property on their behalf.  If you are the owner you may also sign as the Responsible Agent.  The Responsible Agent must be available at all times to receive County inquiries and address all issues at the property.

Please provide these documents if you have them.  However, if you don’t, we will research these items and add them to your application after we receive your application.
